Bladder Infection

Anyone had a bladder infection soon after surgery? I'm 5 1/2 weeks out and am experiencing one. I know it's because I'm not drinking the amount of water I'm supposed to. Live and learn.

They suck and fortunately I haven't had one....yet. I'm famous for them though and just waiting my turn! I wouldn't wish one on my WORST enemy! Gayle

I think that not drinking cokes is helping me to not have them as much, but you are right, drinking enough water is the real fix. You may have to do a round of antibiotics to get rid of it though. Hope you feel better soon! Joy

THE CRANBERRY JUICE WILL HELP. ALSO SOMETHING I HAVE LEARNED, WHEN YOU HAVE "RELATIONS WITH YOUR MAN" GET UP AND GO PEE RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE SINCE I STARTED DOING THAT. HOPE IT GOES AWAY SOON. LADONNA -40
