Well, it had to happen sooner or later
My "official" weighin is on Mondays. I post my lowest weight from Monday to Monday. Well, this week I post a GAIN of 2 lbs! My rings are tight, so I know the gain is water retention. I even show a gain in inches.
But the lack of loss is probably a combination of:
Just a normal stall in the action
Salty food
Slight dehydration (I haven't gotten 64 oz water in for a while--more like 40 oz)
Exercise - got crowded out of my schedule
I'm not in a panic--just need to make some adjustments. This week I will try to eat at home more and pay attention to salt, fat and carbs. (I have done well with protein). I will start counting fluids again. I'll do something about exercise, even if it is just 15 min a day.
Just wanted to share so that when it happens to you, you won't feel alone. A reminder that this is a tool, not a silver bullet!
