Just take things slowly. I have heard of many people like you able to eat something one day and unable to the next. If something doesn't go down easy, then I stop and try something that I know will, like cottage cheese or yogurt. If you are getting sick, maybe you are eating too fast, or too much, or not chewing well enough. Of course it could just be that your body is adjusting to all the changes. What kinds of things are you eating? Louise -23

cottage cheese is one of the worst foods I have tried it is to heavy I am at the stage now that I can try any food. I do not eat cottage cheese unless I blend it good. I just go back to liquid type foods for a day then try again. Is this to bad to do?

No--you are doing right. When you have trouble with something, it is fine to back up to an earlier stage and work your way up gradually. Realize that the "heavier" the food is, the less of it you can eat. You may just be overfilling. Like most WLS issues, this will get better over time. Right now you just have to learn what works and does not work for you. Hang in there! Joy -32 lbs
