vegi update

Isn't it funny how we consentrate on getting the protein and water but I totally forgot about the vegis? I'm not a big vegi eater never have been. The kick in the butt got me going and now I've included them daily. They do help to me up. My daughter and I went to lunch yesterday. I had 1/2 a burger with cheese and onions on top. NO i didn't count the onions as vegi ahahahaha I did have steamed broccoli! Now thats a vegi and from what I'm hearing its a good one too! I certainly liked it steamed! The past week I've been taking carrot sticks for break to have with my banana. That is good too. I'm looking forward to dinner tonight cause i've got a butternut squash in the fridge that is calling my name!

Good job Pam! Keep up on those veggies. I don't know if you have any constipation problems, but I sure do. I find that as long as I keep up with the veggies and other sources of fiber, the constipation problem either improves or disappears entirely! Mike
