3 Week Follow Up!
I went for my follow up today. I'm down 22 lbs. I'm so happy. They told me to only weigh myself once a month. I don't know if I can go that long without getting on the scale. maybe I'll go 2 weeks until my weight loss slows down... My surgeon wants me eating 1000 calories a day. I've only gotten to 800 one day which I thought was too much.
That's great! I'm down 20 now. I know I am not eating enough. I only could get down 2 protein shakes today, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 4 saltine crackers, 1/2 cup FF pudding and about 48 oz of water/crystal light. My tummy has been a little upset all day long today! I weigh myself every morning and every night. Maybe I need to lay off the scales also. Allow myself to be surprised. I think I am going to try to weigh once a week. Food just does not seem to be a priority anymore. Does this sound familiar to anyone besides me? Anyway, good luck & I'll be rooting for you - ya LOSER!
