1st Dr. Appt

Well I think it went great, they told me to not wear band-aides anymore because they are irritating my skin so bad, and said that my incesions look great... I was 355 on my initial visit and today I weighed in at 321 I've gone from a BMI of 57 to a 51.2... I've officially lost 34 pounds forever, and I'm thrilled... I've also not had any pain meds in over 48 hours so, I will be going back to work this Wednesday which he was fine with but told me that if I get too tired to go home early... so tomorrow I've got to do laundry, and get stuff ready to get back to my normal daily life... Hope everyone is having a good day, mine sure has gotten better since my appt earlier today!!!
