Today's Rob report
Just talked to Kat. Rob is doing about the same. The best news is that his surgeon is back in town and looking after him. He had gone on vacation shortly after Rob's surgery and his on-call doctor has been taking care of him. He is ordering some tests to try to determine the source and location of the persistent infection. He is hoping to be able to add a drain in the right spot to speed the healing.
Rob's fever is still going up and down. Obviously his body is fighting the infection but is not a clear winner yet. He is breathing better--they have turned down the ventilator, but they are not rushing to remove it because he needs to apply his energy to fighting infection right now.
Keep on praying, Marchers.

I am sooooo glad to hear that Rob's still hanging in there
! I am also relieved that his doc is back in town and is really going to look into what's ailing Rob. Will continue to bend God's ear in Rob's direction. With all this powerful energy we're sending his way, he is bound to improve shortly. Praise be to God, and Blessed Be!
