Midnight Snacking!!
I need help....now that I am feeling hunger pains.......I feel hungry all the time!!! Does anyone have a resolution to my problem? What do you guys do? I am up late sometimes because i work afternoons (all though I am not back to work just yet), and I feel the need to always have something to eat. I am trying to use water to fill my stomach and get my daily water needs, but It is not always helping.
Any suggestions? Old habits die hard.

My doc said no snacking, but I found the same thing happening with me. I did 2 things. I started eating later in the day since I knew I was going to be up until the wee hours of the morning. It's much easier for me to hold off eating when I get up than before I go to bed.
The second thing I do is if I'm famished between meals, I will eat a cucumber or pickles, or have a salad with FF/no cal dressing. You can also have cooked veggies like broccoli or cauliflower. The neat thing is that it fills you up and keeps you satiated for quite a while. And you can't eat so much you get sick of eating it, so it works great for me.

This was a big problem for me when I was on liquids only. SF popsicles are a big help. It makes you think you are eating and increases your fluid intake. Also for some reason chicken boullion helped. It was like soup to me and also anther source of liquids. I was really hungry at first but then I realized it was head hunger. Now I dont get hungry but there is times when I just have to have something to eat. These things really help me and I hope they can help you thru this too. Good luck to you.
