I made it through family Easter dinner!!
Actually, we had LUNCH and DINNER. I had 1/2 slice of ham and a tablespoon of baked beans and a table spoon of potato salad and a deviled egg for both lunch and the same for dinner, and a pickle slice and an olive in between. YES, I craved the home baked brownies and the fruit salad with whip cream and the green bean casserole and the sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping, but I ate til I was full, the high protein stuff and stopped. I am pretty proud of me
(eating at these family functions is almost as vital as breathing!)

Good for you Sherrie, I also tested the waters tonight and was almost having a panic attack before dinner smelling all the delicious food....and again at the dinner table because I wanted everything and I know i couldnt have it but my mom was so sweet after dinner she cleared the table right away so i didnt have to look at all the delicious food in front of me that I couldnt have....I did have 2 oz of ham and 1 oz of mashed potatoes and 1oz of yams and i was full.... then on the way home I had a sf hersheys bar 1oz, did the job and its actually quite delicious when your craving chocolate....take care
