finally under 300
it was a great feeling to step on the scale this morning and have it read 298.that is exactly 40lbs lost since surgery.i am so happy i will never see a 3 at the beginning of my weight again.i was just such a good feeling i had to share it.thank you all for listening and being a great support.

I'm so happy for you - that HAS to be a great feeling! I'm hovering around 301 - 303 and have been for two freakin' weeks. If I could just SEE the numbers on the scale read 299.5 (or less), I'd be so much happier!
We had surgery the same day - what type of diet are you on right now? Maybe you can share your success with me to help me start losing again!!

thanks alot.i also hung around 303 for a couple weeks it was drivin me nuts.i am so glad to not see that yucky 3 anymore but i do have to admit i might not be the best person to get advice from.i havent been being such a good girl.not really that i eat bad things just that i try pretty much anything(except sweets and high fat foods)believe me when you least expect it those nasty pounds will start coming off again.good luck and hope to see you in the 2's soon.
