Bundy Strikes Again

Again, at about 3:00 am, Bundy (my pouch) tried to kill me by getting my saliva glands to drown me in the middle of the night. I'm still trying to figure out what triggers this and why so long after I've been asleep. I'm not sure whether to call a dietician, a nurse, or the FBI. Connie

Connie, Is it that "foaming" sensation I've heard others mention? If so, I read that sipping WARM (actually as hot as you can tolerate) water helps. I've never tried it, but it's in my mind to try if I need to. Have a great week! L Y N N (Arizona. I used to have relatives in Nogales)

Lynn, I'm not sure that it is the foaming thing that people talk about. It just seems to be such an over abundance of saliva that I can't keep swallowing fast enough and feel like I'm going to drown. It's not frothy like some people say. The warm drink is a good idea. I'll have some warm herbal tea before bed tonight. Thanks, Connie
