8. What can we do to help you?
Keep posting. I'm much more active on my local (state) board because we have a group that keep in touch outside of the board, but it's good to see how the Marchers are doing.
I still have about 30-40 pounds to lose to be a 'normal' BMI. I would really like to lose it, but I am not going to make myself ill to do it. I'm healty and active and I can shop in Dress Barn and Old Navy in the 'regular' clothes and even have to pass on things on the clearance racks because they are TOO big (that still boggles my mind at times). I don't have an issue with body image, because in my mind's eye I never saw myself as big as I was, so when I see pictures of the old me I am startled. I will probably not ever have plastic surgery because I'm a wimp and don't want the pain of recovery and I am going to be 57 years old. My opinion on PS may change if/when I lose that last 30 pounds, but I doubt it.
I often don't post because I don't have the same issues or don't have anything to say about what is posted but that doesn't mean I don't care about you all.
Hugs, Mo
