I had Surgery on March 10th

I had my surgery on March 10th. I feel great. I have lost 29 pounds so far. I am getting 50 grams of protein, and 65 oz of water. I have my one month appt on April 16th. Wish me luck..

Mindy! You are doing fantastic! I had my surgery on the same date and am quite a bit heavier than you but have only lost 21 lbs, so WAY TO GO! Dina
