Weigh In

Hey Marchers... I went to my PCP's office today and did a quick weigh in. I am now down 40 lbs since my surgery and 48 lbs since 2 weeks before my surgery!! I am just in utter shock. This surgery has been such a blessing!!! Bethany AKA Da Offishal Riddler and Bertha 34 Days into NewPouch and feeling great! -40 lbs!!!! Yayyyy A riddle a day will keep the Marchers pounds AWAY!

Bethany - That is SO wonderful! I wish I had as much success. I was getting a bit too caught up on what the scale was saying, so I've told myself that I would not step on the scale for a couple of days. Between my scale obsession and EVERYBODY AND THEIR DOG asking me "HOW MUCH HAVE YOU LOST YET?", I'm getting a little down because I'm not losing as much as I would like to. I'm trying to be patient, but it's hard!!! Opps - sorry - I got too caught up on me there for a minute! Cheers to you and your tremendous loss! Best wishes for continued success, sweetie!! -Wendy

WOWZER, Bethany!! Talk 'bout KICKIN' BUTT!! (What's LEFT of yours anyway...) But realistically, after all you've been through, as terribly ill as you've been, I'm really not TOO TOO surprised. In fact, I'm a little bummed for you that you're not within about 15 lbs of GOAL! I'm just glad that you're HEALTHY again. That was my first concern. That is so wonderful Beth, I am going in tomorrow for the staples to be removed and the g-tube and I will also weigh in , kinda feels like christmas I cant wait to see how much I have lost! God Bless you I hope all your dreams come true for you! Hugz Mary

WOW Bethany!!! I am looking for a cartwheel emoticon on here just for you!!!! You certainly deserve many many cartwheelers!!!! Look at how hard you've had it.. YOU ARE A SUCCESS STORY... You didn't let anything stand in your way and you didn't let illness get you down and you have never stopped smiling!!! You got a new job and a brand new start in life!!!!!!! Is that you I hear screaming from the rooftops???? It should be!!!!!
