Hi Pam;
I don't recall what Dr. A's reccomenden dosage was. I take the 1000 mcg sugar-free sub-lingual tablet. I get them at GNC. They sell a large box (120 tablets) which lasts me a few months. Maybe I'm fooling myself, but since I started taking one daily instead of weekly, I've felt much better. Both my PCP and Dr. A said that my B12 level is right where it should be, so I guess I'll just keep doin what I'm doing. 120 B12 tablets at GNC cost less than $20 so it's not going to break the bank.

HI All Just one more comment on the vitamin Thing. Since I have to take iron supplement due to the anemia. I can't take come of the other vitamins at the same
time so that causes a probelm with when to take the others & then I forget to take
the multi-s & the Calcium. My Doc changed my Iron to the liquid yesterday, so I am
only taking it once a day instead of 3 times a day. So just maybe I will get the others
down before work. Hey but the good news is I am ot trying to kill the world or myself
this week. ( I wasn't really trying to kill myself< just thought it would be easier last
week) Not feeling like that this week. Menopause sucks in case you guys really want
to know!!
