Inner Peace
Got this from my god-daughter and wanted to share.
I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me and we all could use a little more calmness in our lives after this past year of stress worldwide. By following the simple advice I heard on the Dr. Phil show, I have finally found inner peace.
Dr. Phil proclaimed, "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you've started and never finished."
So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Pinot Nior, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, a couple of half-smoked joints, the rest of the cheesecake, some saltines and a box of chocolates.
You have no idea how freaking good I feel now!!!!!!
Please pass this on to those you feel might be in need of inner peace.
Hugs,
Connie
I'm a perfectionist who also enjoys self-flagellation for not finishing things. Do you know what that's like? It's like being afraid of the dark but having a compunction to flip light switches to the down position.
I think Dr. Phil wants me to implode so he can have a guest for his show.

ps -
another good one. "Stress comes from knowing what is right but choosing to do something else." Great. So now, knowing that, I feel.... MORE STRESSED!
pass me something with sugar and fat so I can eat myself to catatonia
