Medical ID Fashion bracelets

How many of you wear a med ID bracelet? I was for awhile and was essentially retrofitting other bracelets I liked to disguise this thing. Last time a link broke I gave up. So I did a pretty self-serving thing and got a gal at work who does beautiful bead work to start making those really nice beaded bracelets. Man they are beautiful...the pics don't do them justice. I never bought one on eBay before because the prices were too high (usually a minimum of $40 but usually over $60 or way more), but my friend is selling them at a very very modest profit (between 9.99 and 19.99 for what is on right now), and she will custom fit them and work with designs and colors. Those prices are for the bracelet only - not the medical ID tag, but she is working to find a really nice jewelry grade supplier for those who need those as well. I wanted to post this here since so many of us wear these things since our wls or for other reasons. I'm just not stainless steel chain kind of girl. ;) Oh - and yes, I'm still alive. Yes, I lost a couple more pounds (183...2 lbs below my driver's license) and yes life is crazy. I was up for 38 hours yesterday...uh...and the day before I guess. Jack got a job and started yesterday, and Mason started Kindergarten yesterday, and I was the lucky sap who got to do all the chauferring for Mason and my MIL who had an appointment. So I just said "screw it" and stayed up all night and day. Other than that crazy stuff things are going okay. Just stretched to the limit lately on time...which is why I don't check in very often. Imagine that!
