Protien drink idea
Try this if you're getting bored. Propel fitness water, kiwi-strawbery OR orange + chocolate protien powder of your choice (I've only tried it with Designer Whey, but Im sure any would be good.) It tastes remotely like those chocolate oranges or chocolate covered strawberries. Ive been keeping the Propel in the fridge so the drinks are nice and cold without having to use ice. Does anyone else have any good recipies?
Its got 2g of sugar and 10 calories. For me, no dumping at all with it. Also, I used to be a big water drinker, and now it just doesnt sit right sometimes. The propel goes down pretty well, though I sometimes have to brush my teeth afterwards, so maybe thats the sugar. Its also got some vitamins, which Im sure couldnt hurt. All I can say is try a little, and see if it works for you! Good luck, and thanks for the info.
