MISTY UPDATE

She doesn't have any more blood count information to report and is having a hard time getting energy to do much, which is very normal in a GI bleed situation. She did sound good on the phone and is a bit frustrated with her Doctor's position on no-narcotics for pain. They are giving her IV fluids to help with dehydration and trying to get her up to walk a lot. She appreciates everyone's support through this long and rocky road. If I hear any more I'll let you all know. Lissa Shearer

I think we should put her damn doctor in some pain and refuse him/her drugs! What's that all about anyway? Sounds like a self-righteous doc to me. Some nerve!
