Thanks to all

Well it's like jsut before 5:00 AM and yes I know I've still got a day to go. But, the truth of the matter is I'm only going to be around these here parts for a few more hours. We be leaving around noon today for Seattle. Gonna get ourselves checked in to that fabulous 5 Star $47/night Ramada somewhere near UW. Then, it's off to the REAL last supper ( I've had several rehearsal dinners over the past few weeks). We're going to a play after dinner so I can keep myself just as distracted as possible. You guys and gals have been a little slice of life over this past month and a half that I've been active on the board. We've laughed and cried together. We've had little family feuds about some of the most insignificant of things. We have grieved together with the two losses we all witnessed. And we've been genuinely concerned about our brothers and sisters on this board who haven't had the easiest time with this surgery. When I started on the board I never dreamed it would turn into such a close group of caring people. Thank you all for your posts to my surgery page. It genuinely brought a tear to my eye knowing so many people care about me. I tried to post to a lot of your pages but fell far short from 100%. I've been oh so distracted with things at home these days and have battled with a bit of depression as a result. Know that I really care for each and every one of you and always hoped that each of your WLS's journeys were relatively uneventful. Joy, thanks for being my angel. I've given my Mom and Kat your phone number and asked them to contact you with updates as necessary. Also, feel free to call them or the hospital at anytime over these next few days. Well, I don't want to get diarrhea of the mouth (or should I say keyboard). I do want you to know that each and everyone of you are special and very courageous to have made this decision. I sure feel like I am. I will genuinely miss this board over the next few days. If all goes well, I'll be home on Sunday. In the meantime, God bless you, Gods and Goddesses bless you, be at peace with your inner self, etc. etc. etc., or whatever it is you use for finding peace within, may it be with you now and forever. I just can't seem to post to your surgery board so I will try to remember what I have already typed twice and put it here! lol You have been such a gentleman, waiting patiently for us to go on ahead of you, and been so supportive and caring as we each have entered Newpouch. Now I have FINALLY figured it out ... you just wanted to be sure we would all be there cheering for you when you arrived. Thank you for all you have been for me and each and every member of this crazy family of Marchers. You are our Caboose, but also our steadying rock.
