Major League hic-cups

Anyone have to deal with major hic-cups? I know it's 'cause I ate dinner too fast - that's what I get for trying to have a conversation with my daughter during dinner. Probably ate too much too. Got the 'ol ball in the chest thing going. Felt like I wanted to but only got up foam. Now I got rewarded with hic-cups - oy vey!!! Can't use any of my old remedies (guzzle water or tsp of sugar). Any thoughts would be appreciated. mgm

Those really hurt right after surgery. I finally figured out that they are caused by small trapped air bubbles in the pouch. Burping does not seem very easy sometimes. Maybe the angle of the pouch is different from what my stomach was before so the bubbles are not at the opening any more. I haven't figured out what to do for it, other than to try not to swallow air! Joy

I have the hiccups really bad, and it happens after I put anything in my mouth even when I drink water. I'm hoping they will go away sometime LOL!! ~Nicole
