I'm back

hi.. I just wanted to let everyone know i am back home now, and to thank everyone for their wonderful wishes and words of support. The surgery went well. What they thought would be a ventral hernia repair ended up being 5 hernia repairs, but that was accomplished along with the bypass. I also found out I am allergic to many pain killers, esp morphine, demeral ect, so the pain control has been a little difficult. But i am home and on the mend now. I am still on full liqiuds, but that may change this afternoon when i connect with my nurse. Debbie The Shy One

Hi Debbie so glad you are home and now with your hernia repairs you will probably be feeling even better.....just think you are on the "losing side" now ...good luck! I can't wait to be there too!!! I don't do too well with pain meds either so I am glad to hear that you are home and on the mend. I will pray for a speedy recovery! Trish
