Hi Va! I am sorry to hear that you still aren't able to get everything in. Below is the protein supplement I will be sipping on between full liquid meals for the next six weeks after my surgery tomorrow afternoon. I hope you'll give it a try, and most importantly, that it helps. 4 c. 1% lowfat milk 1 c. nonfat dry milk Flavoring (optional) -- (e.g., Carnation Instant Breakfast, imitation flavorings) This supplement provides app. 65 grams of protein. Please let me know if you try it, and how it works. You continue to be in my prayers. God bless, -Marcie

Hey Marcie, This recipe is very similar to the one my surgeon gives as one of our protein supplements. As long as the concoction stays the consistency of milk or there abouts, I can at least drink them. But apparently I have a carbohydrate intolerance and if the protein drinks have too many carbs I have the flush, nausea, dizzy reaction to them. So far I can tolerate Banana Scream Stack and Vanilla Ice Cream by ON's 100% Whey. Thanks for thinking of me, Va

Hey hon, I ordered me some Shaklee Cocoa Soy Protein. I'll bag up a little for you to try and see if that can help -- you can mix with milk -- probably will taste like choclate milk Love Ya Whitney
