Someone just posted on the main board that she is home, in lots of pain and running a fever. She's to keep check on it and if it doesn't go down, to go to the ER. You guys may want to check it out on the main board. I don't know how to get to her page to post, so if someone would let me know what state she's in I would appreciate it. Would like to post a note to her. TIA

She called me tonight. She is having A LOT of pain, gas pain mostly and the doctor sent her home with tylenol 3 liquid which sucks because It's not helping her at all. I told her that she is the patient and she needs to call her doctor tomorrow and have him give her something a little stronger!!! I made sure to tell her hubby to go as soon as the stores open in the morning and get her some gas-x. She is really feeling like she shouldnt have had the surgery because of the pain, but she also said I know I will be laughing about this next week. I told her I knew where she was coming from and she laughed so she is feeling ok. Her fever is 99, it's just a slight fever as in adults you are not really considered having a fever until it is over 100 but any fever after surgery I told her to keep an eye on it, and also the fever could be because she is in pain!! Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts!! ~Nicole

I just hung up from talking with her. Misty is having a VERY rough time right now. I could hear it in her voice...she'd get out a few words, then pause, and actually said "I'm so sorry...I have to get off this phone" (I can empathize). She's in a LOT of pain. The Tylenol 3 elixir isn't working at all...I told her to call her surgeon RIGHT NOW and TELL him (not ask) that she needs a better pain med. She said Vicoden works for her, so I suggested Lortab Elixir (liquid Vicoden). She's also got VERY bad gas pains...told her to walk, as painful as it is. She told me the same thing she told you, Nicole..."I shouldn't have had this surgery". I told her to say that ALL she wants right now, to say WHATEVER she wants right now, anything that's gonna make her feel better emotionally. She knows in her heart it was the right thing to do, but she's just having SUCH a bad time right now. She's also got her drain in, and is draining A LOT of fluid. She sees her surgeon on Tuesday, but I told her to call him NOW. My poor Angelette...everyone pleeze pray: she's having such a rough time of it. Darn, I wish everyone had an easy go of it. Wish I could drive down there and hug/hold her. We'll keep everyone posted, but in the meantime, if you could kick up the prayers a few notches, I'd appreciate it...as I know she will.
