Holding steady...
I got on the scale today and it was exactly as it was yesterday 16.5 lbs down, so I officially didn't lose anything in the last 24 hours. That's okay though - I figured it might happen, maybe just not so soon. I was enjoying that losing a pound a day thing!
I am thinking of drinking some Crystal light to see if I can't get my colon to wake up a little though! I'm thinking I must be saving it up for a big ol blammo.

I'm not doing the daily weigh in thing - too stressful for just that reason - what if I don't lose one day. I'm sticking to twice a week so I feel like there is progress and can keep excited about it. When I started to do it daily I found myself starting to obsess on it all. Much calmer this way for me.

Yeah--my lb a day period is over too. It had to happen.
I even go up some days, but then I always did that before. I weigh every day, but record my low for the week once a week. I figure if I see it once, I will see it again! I hoped for 20# the first months and I am beating that. It will get fun when it actually is noticeable by others. I figure another 20 lbs for me. I bet we all start getting big reactions from people at about 2-3 months out.
I definitely think my lack of "colon action" is affecting my weight loss, not to mention the bloated feeling. Tried the old Milk of mag last nite. Not much action, and sure tasted bad!
