Cream of wheat w/low-carb milk
Made my cream of wheat with the low-carb milk today (12 grams of protein per cup) and was able to eat not quite half of it, so I really got my boost of protein for breakfast without having to eat something that might not agree with me. Yummy! I never made cream of wheat with anything bu****er before, but this was a great choice!

Dina, Cream of Wheat is one of my favorite cereals. How much do you make and with how much milk? How do you figure the protein punch for the combination -- are you just counting the cereal, or adding up both the cereal and the milk? Finally, is your measurement based on before cooking or after?
