Hi Ellen, Sometimes, due to various factors, not all of the images on a page will load (designated by the "X" you saw.) If you'll right-click on the picture that isn't showing up and then choose "Show Picture" the image should load. (PC instructions here, as opposed to MAC.) -Eve
