First Post-op Dr. Visit

Hi everyone. My first post-op visit was great. Down 18lb.

I have not had any problems that I didn't know what caused it. My diet has been the great. The only problem is sitting in a straight back chair (at the computer) my stomach pushes out and bother one incision. I just put a pillow between me and the desk.

Everything is going great.

Great for you Lois! Good job on the weight loss and I understand what you mean about the incisions and sitting up. My answer, however, is my laptop!
