Eating out - Plan of action
Joy
I'm going to Red Lobster tomorrow, and I'm thinking of ordering fish. I'd love to try shrimp too but I wonder if the fish would be a safer bet.
It's so funny that I'm almost afraid to try anything that I might not be able to handle. Two nights ago I had 2 bites of spaghetti w/butter and parm cheese from my daughter's plate, and I dumped. It was awful because I
for about a half hour! I'm not too anxious to try anything new right now. Whatever you do, don't try spaghetti if you go Italian.

Hi Joy. Great list!
Your list is a wonderful idea that way your not tempted to get something you know you can not handle.
At the hamburger place- Chili? And at the Italian- meat sauce with cheese on it? The meatballs should smush up pretty well too.
There is a couple of good web sites that give you eating out nutrition info. The one that pops up is www.3fatchicks.com is a good one. They have other links too. Hope that helps.
