Wow Connie.....You certainly don't know the meaning of boring and humdrum existence, do you?? I'm sorry that you're having such a rough time with your re-modeling. However, I wouldn't sweat the Frank issue.....You've probably given the old boy the thrill of his life!! Good luck on the cleanup.....it sounds like a sucky job. Mike
