will i ever see 157? that was the lowest weight that I've been. That was over 6 months agao. i had gotten as high as 168 that was scarey! i don't want to get close to 170 at all. I'm holding at 163 but wanna be 150. not being good excersizing. its too hot. i know its an excuse but i just can't stand the heat. makes me ill. i'm watcing, weighing, measuring what i eat except for those friggin sugar free shortbreak cookies. i threw a box away the other day. i can not have sweets in the house. no matter if they are sugar free they are not calorie free. and I ask...do skinny people think this way?????

Pam You are for sure not alone in this battle. I would just like to get close or below 200 at this point. I never did get below it & now it seems to be even harder. Those SF items are just as bad as the the real stuff. They still have calories & get us hooked. I am still very happy I am not 350 pounds, but would for sure like to be smaller than I am. I know how to get there it is just doing all the right things to get there is the problem. Stress,Everyday STuff, eating what I shouldn't/old habits you name it works for that excuse. Thanks for posting. I will take your 163 anyday of the week. Your body may also like it there, so you might have to shock in to thinking different. Change your diet drastically for a few days. Sometimes that will do it too!! Good Luck Marilyn, the Bearlady

Pam, I know how you feel! I think that some skinny people, the ones that have to work hard at staying skinny think this way. Those blessed with a golden metabolism, no. My boyfriend is a testament to this. He can eat a bag of oreos every day and not gain a lb. So, of course, there're always oreos in the house. I think the hard part is getting past your head. At least it is for me. As far as advice goes....get 9g of protein for every 20 lbs you weigh. In your case, 74 grams of protein per day. That started kicking the weight off of me. And exercise. I know it's hard, but the weight will move if you work out. I stuck to it and lost 7 lbs in a week. Now I'm slipping a little, but holding onto the weight loss. This week, I'm kicking it back into high gear. If I lose 7 lbs every month, I'll be thrilled.... You can do it! If I can, I sweartogod YOU can! Jill
