I am having a hard time with the protein supplements!!!! I cannot even stand yogurt, before I could tolerate it now just the smell makes me gag!! I am scared, I am only getting in about 25 grams a days!! And that is hard thank god for eggs and chicken! Even tried to get the liquid protein and just do a shot here and there through out the day, but that was harsh!!! Does anyone else have a sleeping problem, I am getting so tired! I try to sleep at night but just cannot get good sleep! Jen T 13 days Post Op -18 pounds

Cant help with the protein as I havent had a problem getting mine in. I do a slim fast low carb shake a day, 2 tablespoons pro stat a day, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and usually a protein shake later in evening. I have always had a hard time sleeping, really became addicted to tylenol pm pre surgery, since surgery I bought some sleepy time tea and drink two cups a night and havent had a problem sleeping, I sure hope it keeps working as I hate taking pills. Try it and see if that works for you. Peachie

Vanilla flavoring 1 pkt Splenda Blend all ingredients Anaysis = 245 calories and 23 grams of protein I've got lot's more of these and if you want some more high protein/low calorie drink recipes just e-mail me. By the way, The analysis on the "Milk Mixture" by itself is: 195 calories, 18 grams of protein per 1 cup or 8 ounces

Hi Jen I'm just starting to eat "real foods" and I have found some pleasantly high sources of protein for my day. 3 ounces of cooked baby shrimp is 17 grams!!!! 2 ounces canned chicken meat (white) - very moist and 13 grams! tuna tuna tuna canned turkey meat is also very moist and high in protein Just think -- if you have baby shrimp at lunch and chicken at dinner -- right there is 30 grams of protein. Have cottage cheese or a mozzarella cheese stick to add some more in at a snack. If you add an egg at breakfast then you are right there! Good luck Lissa in Washington 386/363/150 (23 pounds gone in 14 days!)

Jen - This is what my friend gave me and I LOVED it. It's like a jello drink, but it's refereshing because you can mix it cold. Here is the link: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/cntr4weightloss/frpudrmibypr.html Dina
