Tuesday & Feeling Much Better
HI All,
Well I am still here & not planning on going anywhere, so
you can all relax a bit. I ws put back on my depression meds yesterday & had the best night sleep I have had in months. (go figure) That will help I am sure. I also had
an interview this a.m. (so keep those fingers & toes crossed
for me) It was with our local power company. Here's hoping one of the stressrelated issues is resolved. Things
are looking much brighter today & no plans of killing myself anytime soon. Go have a Great Day Thanks for your
support & Hugs along the way.

Marilyn,
I'm so glad to hear that things are looking up for you. Usually our really looowwww lows are a temporary obstacle to "normalcy". I know that when I'm not faithful to my meds, my moods are all over the place - especially down. I pray that you will find your way back to happiness. I'm working on it also, so you are not, by any means, alone in this.
Hang in there and keep posting so we can help one another and ourselves.
Hugs!
-Wendy
Thanks Joy & my finances are still abig mess & so Am I, but, The happy pills are making it a somewhat better to
cope with. Still no job, but have another interview on Monday so something will come along it always a waiting
game & the waiting all got to me at once. With the help
of my friends & Doc I will survive this too!!I know God is
on my side & he does not always do things on our time
schedule as we would always prefer. Thanks for the support

Marilyn -
This is good news, indeed. One of the things that has been on my mind lately is that I went through some low moments and it reminded me that when I dieted in the past and got low on some minerals, it caused a depression. One was magnesium. I am wondering if you are keeping up with your doc on these things at all? I ask because it seems that some of us (ME and of course Janelle) have had some issues with our vitamin and mineral levels lately. I want to make sure you are getting in for follow ups because if you are having issues like this and don't know it, the anti-depressants might mask some of these things.
Take care of yourself and keep us updated!
