Myself, Im doing fairly well I think. I am still down my 80 lbs thats all Ive seemed to have lost, but I did start out as a light weight. Went from 247 to 160-165...I battle those 5 pounds everyday. Eating..hmmm...I have no control I eat the wrong things everyday unfortunatly...but on a good note I dont drink sodas anymore...its water all the way. This operation has been a blessing in the long run....my home life is good and energy level is fine aswell. I hope all you continue to keep up the good work and try to enjoy your new lives dont take it for granted...we all can make it.

Ok Im done....I hope you all have a wonderful July!!!!!
Kimberly,
Here's my advise for picking a pet name... whatever you decide, picture yourself standing in the front yard yelling it at the top of your lungs. I wish I had thought of that when I let my son name our cat Stinky.
If you already have a Ricky, maybe you need a Lucy. That way when she tears stuff up during the puppy stage, you can say, "Lucy, you got some 'splainin to do."
My sister names all her animals after food. She has Snickers, Cheese Doodle and Butter. I'm all over the board with Rufus, Peabody, Caramel, Maisey, Runtley and Stinky.

We have a collie - not the "Lassie" sable & white variety, she is a blue merle - she's the white and steel grey color of a sheepdog, but she's a bonafide collie. We named her Sophia's Symphony in Blue and we call her Sophie. She is my shadow, can't let me out of her sight--Jim says she was out of her mind looking for me when I went away last week. She's loved me super fat and relatively slim and everything inbetween. I was the first person to gather her in my arms when she was 9 weeks old - she's almost 10 years old now and we are still heavily invested in our love affair. I simply don't know what I'd do without her (she's laying at my feet as I type this). Here's my advice on naming your new little angel - spend a few moments holding and petting her and talk to her quietly - about any old thing. And as she looks lovingly into your eyes, I'm betting her name will just come to you. Let us know what you decide! By the way, I LOVE the Ricky and Lucy idea - who else would come up with this besides our beloved Connie??? Love, Reenie
HappyG...you said your sister had a dog butter...I forgot to mention I have a mutt named Butterball we call her Butter for short and it fits her perfectly she is one big cubby Butterball LOL...this new pup has to be unique so I can put it on her papers...Rickys full name is "Razzlin Ricky of ElkNeck"....I am really thinking of TaterTot but calling her Tater for short I just have to come up with alittle more to put on her papers...the thinking continues...she is about the color of a tatertot...just not fattening
Maybe.....ElkNecks Golden Tatertot....or ElkNecks Golden Tater...hmmm not sure keep em coming...Thanks
