Some protein info...
Harvard just released a study they did on different types of protein and the amounts you should be consuming, as well as the effect on weight loss, etc.... It's a really good read! For instance, according to this study, you should be eating 9g of protein for every 20 lbs you weigh. That may be a bit trickier for us posties, but it's good to know if you're not getting enough.
