I found a delicious protine shake
8oz 1 percent or skim milk
1/3 C powder milk
1 pack carnation instant breakfast
This makes 8 oz drink and it gives you 21 oz protine
I also add 1/3 cup to my cream soups as well as adding the required amount of milk
1/3 cup powder mild is 8g of protine so I add it and I cant taste it. Just plain powder milk and water is Gross!! but use your milk and add the dry milk too and it is very good no fat just extra protine and calcium
