Put up my profile, with surgery and recovery story!

For those Marchers still to go or those recovering. I tried to give you enough detail and not completely gross you out. I had a great surgery, one overcomable complication so far 9 days out, a kidney infection, and some up's and down's with hospital care, so I hope to provide a laugh here and there and a few tips. I would have been well served to read other people's accounts (for one thing, I would have had Tampax in my suitcase and *I'm* supposed to be in Menopause, for heck's sake)...but I didn't, so thought I would post mine to provide the help I got from others' bios when I came here in a snit about my infection. I'll later update about the complication (fever was the symptom, so trust me, the signs would not pass you by). I wish you all the good health I am starting to feel. *****s) up! (I have 3 of them and home hoping to get down to 2, then 1, then no doubt some plastic surgery.) Gano

Best wishes for a great recovery. I read your profile and thank you for the details, although I am not sure I should have read them so late in the evening or so close to my surgery date. But better truth than fiction and better to be prepared. Thanks again. Louise

Congratulations!!! Hang in there. These things do happen I am told, but in a few days, it will all be behind you and you will be feeling fit and losing the extra pounds that you have been carrying around. My prayers will continue to stay with all our losers and to be losers. My date is March 29th.
