Last Minute Question

Hi I have 4 days til surgery, is there such a thing as fat free boullion cubes. If so where can I find them in the Richmond area???

I don't know about cubes, but Swanson has fat free broth in individual little boxes.....I bought some in chicken and I think they have vegtable and beef too...most major food stores.

I got mine at Super Walmart. They had chicken and beef, Both are fat-free. I love this stuff. I drink it when the family is having dinner. It makes me feel fuller than anything else, Fifi think she is having a meal- Im sure you can get it at any local food store though. Good luck to you. LaDonna -20lbs

Our Costco sells them too. One thing to consider though, they're almost 100 percent sodium.
