Riddle..Sorry so late

Hi Marchers, Sorry so late with the riddle. I got sick this morning (I must have ate too fast) , slept until 12pm afterwards, went for a weigh in and then to Target. Soooo here goes... This thing runs but cannot walk, sometimes sings but never talks. Lacks arms, has hands; lacks a head but has a face. What is it?
