had my pre-op today and seen 2 DRS.

They found I have sleep apnea today.said I quit breathing 69 times in a 5 hour peiord during my sleep study.The blood they took from me showed my blood sugar count to be 403 forgot to take my pill before I left this morning, I knew it was up because everything was a blur. They did Spriometer, test and gave me that thing to practice with.also did a chest x-ray and ekg and my Lab work.my surgery is schedule for 11 am going in the night before at our hospital they let you go in the night before at no extra charge.Met with Dr. Rowitz and all went well he told me my gallbladder was fine so no worries there watch 6 mths to a year I'll be back in surgery.he told me he was going to attempt the lapiscopic but my stomach is very large so I could end up with a open rny, keep me in your prayers that I don't need the open. well fellow Marchers I am so tired and not feeling so good so I will call it a night and will post tomorrow G OOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS ALL THE NEXT FEW DAYS SURGERY HURRY BACK!!!

Hi Dawn! I sure hope your b/s comes down before your surgery! I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know that you're in my prayers that your surgery and recovery are smooooooooth, and I hope that being a 'loser' will take care of that nasty sleep apnea (I know too well about it -- I have it, too!).
