Ever thought of Alternative Methods?

I am curious to know if anyone has thought of alternative healing help? I mean like energy healing and meditation. Not in place of but to supplement regular care by a doc.

Hi, Not only have I thought about it but I have tried the alternative healing stuff. I worked with a doctor one on one but never got any results. I took all of the special vitamins and supplements. I feel that this is my only hope.

I just use some of the yoga principles I learned. I practice a circular yoga breathing every day that helps.

My husband and I are both Reiki Masters. We made master level about 2 years ago. We will use this and what ever else we can get our hands on, as long as it will help in healing and recovery. Gayle Queen of Yarn Balls

I went to an open Reiki session last Monday night and am on the list to be circulated during my surgery time. I plan to be at the next open Reiki session which will be about 2 weeks after my surgery. I work with a woman who is a Reiki master and she is convinced that I will heal better going into my surgery well prepared. Hugs, Mo

She's right, you will. If from nothing else than a positive thought process. I find Reiki helps me a lot. My husband and I were having some real icky problems, fighting and squabbling a lot. Reiki found us and for some reason (we had actually broken up) it helped strengthen our relationship. We have been married 10 months now and since our master is also a minister she preformed our wedding ceremony. We made out on all sides that day! Gayle Queen of Yarn Balls
