I bought some baby spoons. I bought the ones that you can throw away (but I won't)because they are brightly colored and I figure anything to show my brain that these things are happy things right. I am going to buy me a sippy cup next. I will be able to keep better track of my fluid intake that way and since I'm a bit of a klutz when I knock it over it won't spill. Also makes sure I SIP rather than glug.... Then after that I am going to get me some little plates, maybe I can find something real purty that makes me feel kinda special... gotta work at proving to my brain that this stuff happening is a good thing.... at least until I shrink down and the mirror SHOWS my brain. Oh yeah and a shot glass too. Kind of to keep things small. Any thoughts? Am I missing anything? Gayle Queen of Yarn Balls

I posted my mini utensil and mini plates and bowls post yesterday. I work for Crate & Barrel and got really nice china ones....but will look so full because they are so tiny...I also got a set of baby spoons with colored ends.

Yeah, you bummer! I looked at the online outlet store for C & B and they did not have any! Joy

Might want to double check on the sippy cup? My doc says no straws, because it put's too much air in the stomach. Granted a sippy cup is no straw, but isn't it the same principle? I guess not - as long as you dip your cup - don't sip up like a straw. Linda - The Resident Witch

I thought about the sippy cup too. I have some because of my grandbabies but I'm afraid of the air that comes out with it. You think that would be bad? You have to sip with a sippy...

Gotta admit hadn't thought about the air with a sippy cup.... my youngest is 12, haven't had grandbabies yet (if I do I'm gonna kill my boy!) and so haven't had a lot of 'speeerince with one. May need to rethink that one. Sally will go back and catch the post I so obviously missed. Hey, what's Crate and Barrel? I live in the sticks but we have a Wal-Mart. love and hugs and well wishes~ Gayle Queen of Yarn Balls
