When I said South of the Border it is. But actually I am going to Bogota Columbia for my open surgery. If you want to check them out they are at www.affordablebariatrics.com. So far they have been so nice to work with. They are very professional and they bundle everything into one package. They even offer financing. I was very skeptical at first but have been communicatiing with them now for quite some time and am very comfortable now with my decision to go. They have an online live help on their website who answers all your questions. I will let you all know after I come back as to how it was over there. They said someone will be with me all the time. I have to be there for 12 days to make sure there are no complications and when I have free time, they take me on tours of the city. I am so excited. Gary, I'm so glad you found a way!!!!! I have been following your struggle on Dr. H's site. In fact Tinamarie was asking about you last night when we happen to run into each other at a Bingo game in Yulee. I can't tell you how excited I am for you!!!!!!!!! You should go post on the doc's board, I know alot of people were pulling for you! They will be happy. You can still attend the support group and it has improved so much. I hope to see you there some day. This is a great board, it has been a God send for me. Really good-hearted, supporting, informative, and down right funny people.
