Broth Idea

If you find beef broth vile and chicken broth little better, consider this alternative: Make broth from the seasoning packet from a package of Ramen soup. Toss out the noodles. Tastes much better than the other broth, and comes in various flavors. Would make a tasty liquid for cooking or diluting other things as well. Just an idea... Joy

been doing that for years....that seasoning packet comes in handy for perking up a lot of things.

Know what else is good to add to broth if you cant stand it plain??? Sesame oil and soy sauce. It kind of gives you that ramen flavor without all the sodium. Just a splash of sesame oil tho its very intense.
