Prolly won't be posting much until after the surgery

I'm flying out for Ensenada tomorrow, will be in San Diego overnight and then the driver picks us up on Tuesday and we hit the road. It's only a 90 minute drive, so it shouldn't be too bad. Anyway, don't know that I'll have a whole heck of a lot of time to do much more than pack (still haven't done it!) and spend time with the family. I'll check in periodically when I can! Dina

Good luck Dina...pretty soon my time will be here too, can not believe it. But in a couple months this will all be over and we will all be gabbing about our losses....won't that be great?

Everyone's suggested going in to surgery on Tuesday listening to postive reinforcement CDs, sounds of the forest CDs, etc...they didn't realize that I already HAD my gameplan of what I'd be doing in pre-op holding and while I'm being wheeled into the surgical suite to put me into 'chill' mode: I'm gonna be praying for all my Marchers! What a wonderful mindset to go in with! See ya on the other side! Let's take Newpouch by STORM!! Hasta la! Happy 4th anniversary - I'm contacting as many of our Marchers as I can to encourage everyone to post on their anniversary dates - share whatever you want to talk about - successes, failures, triumphs, tragedies - mostly, please tell us how you're doing with maintaining your weight loss.
