What have you lost so far?

I was wondering what other people are losing so far? My scale says 25, and I am utterly amazed. I just wanted to check if that is pretty typical. I had surgery 3/1 and all has gone so well!!!! Good luck to all others....Janelle

That is terrific Janelle! I had not lost a bit until today, when my scale finally started moving. As of today, I have lost 3 lbs. I still have a lot of abdominal swelling though, but even that is getting better gradually. (Apparently, heavy swelling ) Joy

WOW!!!! 25 pounds in 6 days! Oh I hope that's me too! I was thinking if I could lose 12 ponds per month that would be great. WAY TO GO!!!

That is wonderful, EVERYONE, who has lost weight. I have not weighed myself because I do not have a scale. I know if I get one I will drive myself nuts. I did measure again today and have lost a total of 11 inches (that includes my arms, thighs and waist) so I know I lost some just not sure how much. I do not think I can contain myself too much longer and may run to my PCP's to check it out lol. If I don't need the extra thing to put on the scale for people over 350..I know I have lost lol.
