I'm thinking seriously about joining as soon as I can. Dr said no abdominal exercises for about 4 weeks. If it hurts, don't do it. The way they are set up, I could adjust the intensity of whatever machines hurt or just walk in place behind that one for a few weeks if needed. I need to make the most of this "off work" time to establish an exercise pattern. I hear nothing but good about curves. It is for women who need to develop fitness, not Barbie dolls who were born fit. No skimpy tights, just fun people enjoying time together. And they are set up for 30 min workouts and you can start whenever you get there instead of having to make a scheduled class. With my work schedule, that is important. Anyway, I went by preop and got weighed and measured, and will go back when I can drive.
