Getting in was easy. Getting out... I finally came up with sitting, then getting up on my knees near the edge. Holding on the the rail with both hands, I dropped one leg over. It actually did not hurt! The sitting up part was a little tricky, but even that is getting easier. I seem most comfortable on my back, but my back gets sore--I am starting to be able to turn a little on my right side. I can feel everything shifting, but nothing hurts beyond soreness, so I guess that is progress. It's the little things! Joy

Hi Angel/Angelette, I am glad to hear you were able to get out of bed, that has to be a major accomplishment with all you went through. I think you should still take it a little easy. I am praying for you everyday. I am getting more nervous and anxious about 3/18. I have to stay busy or I start to melt down. Love, Your

Thank you my dear . I have also been thinking of you. The weeks before surgery are a major psychological battle. One you will win. The physical battle lies ahead. In many ways I think it is the easier of the two for at least some of us! You are also ever in my prayers. Joy
