eating like a madwoman??

OK...so I know the surgery is the 30th and this past weekend has really been all about food! So did anyone else fell like they were eating like crazy before their surgery>? ugh...I feel so ticked at myself and then my other side (the "evil" side LOL) says oh don't worry you won't eat this way again ever so it doesn't matter but crap it does matter! UGH...someone tell me they have done this and it was temporary...I can't do this for the rest of the month.... ~Nic

Hi Nicole. My surgery is the 23rd and I'm doing the same thing. I have been on weigh****chers for weeks now. I lost 12 lbs in the begining but when I got my date I started eating like crazy and gaining weight again. I know I have to get back to losing because it will be better for our recovery if we do. Me too... I gained 4 lbs and doc was not a happy camper.... i kept thinking... this will be the last bag of chips and dip.... etc.... but, he did go into detail about liver size and how i am making it harder for him if I do not try to shink my liver a bit before surgery... he said high protien and low fat... well, grilled cheese doesnt fit that bill huh? Lets work these last few weeks together.... lots of water and sugar and fats..... andie on the 22nd

I have the last meal syndrome. I think I have to stop at everyone of my favorite resturants. One thing in my favor...I cannot find people to go with me so sometimes I don't go. But also when I have gone there, it seems it is the Beef I want. So I get the protein and veggies and go light on the carbs. At least I try to.
