Shhh! 
Don't tell ANYONE I'm here...I've been 'grounded' by my PCP 'cuz I've got some head/sinus thing going on that I HAVE to get gone by Tuesday, and he included 'grounding' me from the board. But I just can't STAND being away from my Marchers, so I've been logging on for a limited time (I actually have a timer set for 15 minutes...) several times today. I miss my Marchers. 
I can give up food but I can't give up friends!
ANYway...I'm so very glad ya came over. We're kind of in an odd mode around here these days....people moving out, people moving in...we've just gotten through the 1st week of our surgeries, and Jen, it's so exciting! Last week at work was abyssmal, and the only thing that kept me going was logging on to see "JOY'S OUT AND DOING FINE!", "VA'S IN RECOVERY!", etc, etc. Our group has gotten very close, and we're all learning as we go, so to see our peers pulling thru this is almost a personal victory for us all! Hopefully in the short time you have with the Marchers before Tuesday, you can pick up the momentum we've got and feel it with us too!
YOU, may I add, are not only a Marcher, but you're also a "Niner" - your surgery is on a "9th" date. 
You and I share the 9th, and if I wasn't gonna be gutted and re-plumbed the same day, I'd hop on down to Beaumont to visit - my Mom lives about a mile from there. Dr. Krause is VERY highly regarded - you're in great hands!! 
Well, I've only got 2 minutes left on the timer (hoakie, but I feel like I'm at least following my PCP's orders that way...), so I must once again fade into the background and hit the couch and my Zicam again.

Kimmer is about as good as they get around here, I hope her timer went off and she's sleeping so she doesn't see this and get a big head
People here are so encouraging, uplifting and willing to help out in any way they can, it makes everyone feel welcome.
I'll be praying for Kimmer and you and all the other niners on the 9th.
